Bright and Airy Studio Loft Near DT + Parks!

Great location near Esther Simplot Park, the Greenbelt and State St. We loved all the windows, full kitchen and sitting on the balcony.The host was very quick to respond to our questions.

Overall this is a very cute and cozy property. The trundle bed needs to be updated as there was a lot of stains on the actual bed. But again, it's an Airbnb and I imagine it would be hard to keep a cloth bed stain free with people including kids coming in and out. Parking was tricky so read the instructions. Once you do that's super easy. That was on me! It is an upstairs loft so be prepared to haul your luggage up stairs. The owner was super sweet and kind and gave us great places to grab coffee and breakfast. The bed was comfy and after being in Oregon in another rental without AC it was so good to have AC! Having the river right down the road is nice and everything you need is not far away. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the absolute best location! We could bike or even walk to so many things… including the river and bike trails, coffee shop, restaurants like the Sandbar, Queen’s Pond! Hyde Park or even downtown were bike accessible:)

So cozy and the owner has provided everything needed. Centrally located and close to Esther Simplott park where I went to walk and look at the goslings every day. Didn't want to leave but had to return home. The only issue I had is the driveway which is a little too steep and tore off part of my undercarriage and the parking is a little difficult if there is another car in the other unit. But overall, it was great!
